Rather than just copying age old food preparation traditions and methods, our brands ARE THE ORIGINAL DESIGNERS & MANUFACTURERS on which many modern machines are designed. Cattabriga, for example, is the father of Italian gelato making machines, all the others are copied from his original invention. You can have his gelato machines working in your store, delivering the best products with this traditional method.
The major difference with our machines is the quality of design and the quality of materials used in manufacturing. So while our machines may, in some cases, cost a little more than some other brands, you are not replacing cheaply made parts during the lifetime of the machine. The fact is that all machines use our superior parts. So while machines may look similar on the outside, ours keep on working day in, day out.
Being the Australian division of Iceteam 1927 we have direct access to our European team leaders.
