Cattabriga Lucky Electronic Whipped Cream Machine
Cattabriga Lucky is an electronic whipped cream machine. The fresh cream is kept preserved at the ideal temperature in a stainless steel tank that is refrigerated and equipped with a thermostat which produces the highest quality whipped cream.
Only at the moment of request, by pushing the special switch, a patented pump suctions and then pushes the air and cream into a steel labyrinth (tex- turizer) where the mixture acquires an increase in volume. Once the increase of volume reaches over 200% the cream is dispensed through a spigot with a ragged spout refrigerated up to the exit point. A non-return valve prevents the whipped cream from returning to the tank.

Cattabriga PSK Kel Gelato Pasteuriser / Bain-Marie / Micronizer
In order to make the highest grade traditional italian gelato, we recommend the Cattabriga PSK KEL pasteuriser / microniser. This patented system amalgamates all the gelato ingredients with a pasteurising beater. The ingredients are then sucked into the microniser which is spinning at high speed. The mixture is then pushed against a "beehive where the ingredients , fats and solids are milled and broken down into micro sized pieces and then chilled down to the desired temperature.
