Cattabriga PSK KEL Electronic Pasteurizer
This patented system amalgamates all the gelato ingredients with a pasteurising beater. The ingredients are then sucked into the microniser which is spinning at high speed.
The mixture is then pushed against a "beehive where the ingredients, fats and solids are milled and broken down into micro-sized pieces and then chilled down to the desired temperature.
